Issue with USB on T4x

I heard many many stories about USB 2.0 on T40 becoming USB 1.0 due to a fault in the BGA - usb controller.

mainly dues to faulty or badly design USB equipments ( mouse, webcam etc )

how many T40 owners had encounter this problem ?
