FRU and Serial number question

FRU and Serial number question

I looked up the parts for my T60 serial numbers, yet on the list it only indicates the FRU numbers and not the manufacturers of each part. Anyone know how to find out who made each part if the FRU list is known?

Just paste the FRU number in the little search box on top, and you'll invariably reach a page that connects FRU numbre and manufacturer as part of a big list of information.
Happily picks up his three grand; unhappily hands it over to another company.
