Flash Player - Restricted User Problem

Not sure why, but I've had issues with the latest version of Flash Player working under all my restricted user accounts. Seems the problem is known to the folks at Macromedia (Adobe):

There's a hotfix available now that seems to fix the problem (applies the registry changes suggested in the link above):
