Why my T43 bluetooth device can't detect Motor E398?

My T43 2668 can't detect the cell phone E398 and it can't find my T43 either.

Is it required to install other softwares or startup some services in my machine?

My TP can find the Motor E398 now after installation of "Bluetooth with Enhanced Data Rate Software". I wonder why the OS that comes with TP doesn't work and need to install util again.

Anyway, now more strange problems appear:
1. I can access the cell phone E398 from TP now, but I can only transfer my file which is in folder "Bluetooth exchange directory". Files in other folders failed to transfer.

2. I can't connect to TP from cell phone E398. It complaints that the connection refused or something like this.

Why would this happen? I can trasfer files from TP to cell phone. Doesn't that indicate the setting should be correct? What else should I configure?


By the way. What is the different between "Microsoft Bluetooth Support file for IBM Integrated Bluetooth IV" and "Bluetooth with Enhanced Data Rate Software"?
