I install VMWare to my IBM T43 and everytimes, when I start my windows, it always asks me to setup the password although I set it already. I try to find where to disable this, but I can't. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
PS. I try to remove VMWare and this problem disappears but when I install VMWare, it turns back.
Thanks
