Do I have to call to register TPP?

#1 Post by jcan » Thu Apr 13, 2006 7:33 am

Hi, I received T60 (2623-D6U) yesterday.
At the moment of order, I also included TPP (Thinkpad Protection Plan).
When I checked the warranty status today on web site,
it only tell 3yr depot warranty, no mentioning on TPP.
Do I have to wait a few days more or have to call Lenovo?
Any comments will be welcomed.
Thanks a lot.

FWIW:

I purchased the TPP with NBD about a month ago, it shipped on 04/03 and I still have not received ANYTHING!

In the past (IBM) I purchased the TPP as purchased now, two days later the TPP package would arrive. If the web-site will not update, as long as you have the invoice and it shows the S# that is covered; you are fine.

In my case, the web-site has also not updated AND I have no proof; other then the charge on my CC from Lenovo!
