Drive Partition Problem - T40P

Hi, my e: drive partition says it is 19 GB large. I assume this drive is for R&R, so do I need this much "wasted" memory? Can I reduce its size?

If this is part of R&R it will be at least as big as the data being backed up so when you ran R&R it backed up 19Gigs of data...
The only way to reduce this would be to reduce the data being backed up or back up to CDs/DVDs instead of to the hard drive (I'm sure this is an option)
