plastic (wireless antenae?) on my x40 got caught

the quandrangular plastic peice next to the lid switch on the front of my x40 got caught on some threads when I was pulling it out of my bag.. now the peice is bent out (and keeps getting caught on threads). Is it ok if I just bend it off?

The only peice that is bent is the triangular part. (its actually a pretty poor design to have such a sharp edge along the side of the laptop.. seeing that people have the tendency to put these into bags)

Yeah. common problem, just break it off and file the broken edge smooth so it looks normal.

That is the only spot of bad design anywhere on them though
and fixed in the X60
