Suddenly unknown device ?

I have had no issues and suddenly now, while rebooting I see this:

Everything works fine. The hard drive and the DVD....

Anyone see this and if so - what is it?
I installed the Intel chipset utility awhile ago after loading XP Pro...

..just when I thought things were OK...

that was it!!!!!

I wonder why all of a sudden...but a quick install of the drivers
and its gone
