Z60t Built-in SD card reader

Is it supposed to be able to read MMC? My Z60t can only read SD and not MMC.

mine not either. I tested my card reader with MMC but failed even though it is supposed to be able to read the mmc

FWIW, I just tried a Hitachi (Lexar brand) 64MB MMC in my new Z60m and it works fine.

As I understand, the Z60m has a multi purpose card reader. The Z60t only has an SD reader. This is the first time I've come across an SD reader that doesn't recognise MMC.

I bought my Z60t in Jan 2006. I've been putting up with this problem so far. I've also sent an email to Lenovo yesterday. Haven't heard from them yet.

maybe this is the point. the card reader that Z60t has is only compatible with SD but not others. cause lenovo does not advertise this card reader as a multi purpose one.
