You MUST use a Micro-FCPGA CPU.

1.33GHz is the fastest available in that form-factor.

Nope, 1.26ghz is, and those are impossible to find.

the 1.33 Mobile P3-m Model is a BGA chip. There is a celeron 1.33 that will work, but it lacks cache and all the power saving features of the tualatin...

I have a 1.2ghz p3-m in my T23. it was cheap and a nice little upgrade.

to be fair, I have never seen that chip in a laptop (the ones that have a 1.33 p3 are BGA machines) and it lacks an s-spec completly. the 1.26ghz model has an sspec but I have never seen it on ebay, and ive been searching for a loooooong while.

I would really like a 1.33 though :P

Yep, they're pretty rare. Note the lack of a "Box Order Number", which denotes that they were never available for retail purchase.

IIRC, Dell (Inspiron 8100?) and Gateway sold a few machines with them installed. I've seen ONE for sale on eBay years ago for a LOT of money.

But, if you can find one, it will fit in the T23.

You can get a lot of these chips?

Would it be possible for me to get one from you?

Hello, I was able to get the cpu . But I am afraid you have to wait for some time, more recent funds tension! i have no money to buyt23 ! it in China's relatively high price! I was engaged in real estate marketing planning! Recent corporate financial constraints, I have to wait until July to They left for! Then i buy it and post for you!

I too have been thinking of upgrading my T23 to a 1.33, I found a
Intel Pentium M 1.3 GHz CPU SL6N4 on Ebay, is that the correct chip package for the T23

Thanks!
Bill

No, it isn't the correct CPU.

i doubt you will find one of the chips that they are talking about in this thread. Just look for the P3 Tualatin 1.2GHz CPU: SL5CL.
