Mouse driver for light touch - T41p

#1 Post by Happy » Fri Jul 30, 2004 8:43 am

Recently upgraded to a T41p Thinkpad running XP I have tried to install a set of IBM mouse drivers from the T40p bringing 'light touch' to my mouse
pointer but failed :(

I have disabled the 'navigation pad' and have no problems installing the appropriate mouse drivers for the T41p. But the standard T41p mouse drivers seem not to add the 'light touch' capability?

Anyone solved/share this issue?

Hm? What is "light touch"?

As in photons making the pointer move? - Ok, it's a bad joke, but I couldn't resist...

Light Touch Mouse - T41p

The 'light touch' will dramatically reduce the pressure you have to use pressing the red mouse pointer.

Find it here -> Control Panel -> Mouse -> Trackpoint tab

If you have installed the right driver. In my case I failed thus seeking some help :) [/img]
