HELP: ANY INFO ON IBM INFINEON 2GB DDR2 PC4200 RAM

#1 Post by taishan » Tue Apr 25, 2006 6:31 pm

hi guys, sorry to bother again. I bought this SINGLE 2GB DDR2 PC4200 ram. Not sure if there's any issues on upgrading the T43. I called the tech help desk and they cannot confirm and even took them some time to verify the part.

Anyone has info on this or experience using it? Please let me know. Thanks.

Here is the pic of the memory chip.

It's not "supported" AFAIK... does the bios recognize and work correctly with it? No clue.
