my "IBM Thinkpad" sticker on the inside of my T41 (right hand side, bottom) is disintegrating. Anybody an idea if one can oder these somewhere? Thank you

You will have to replace the palm rest.

BOY, you must sure have some acidic sweaty palms..
in the furutr you might wipe it down after a particularly busy session with that thinkpad..

i personally like the IBM logo but when it changes to, merely, ThinkPad i might put my own initials on a gold plated plaque from a trophy store or something similar..

palm rests are cheap and the logo kit is probably cheaper but it might be a job to get the remants of the old logo out of the indentation on the existing palmrest..

I you are like me you wolud like to keep the original sticker.

My suggestion buy the palm rest it will make your T4x look like new when you open it.

or, just ignore it, and realize that you own the thinkpad and it does not own you. time spent on a sticker is silly when there are so many more things in life. i may be a hypocrite, as i visit this forum everyday, though to find new tricks my thinkpad can do...
