I replaced my Chinese keyboard with the Thai keyboard today.
After doing so, the flex on the right side near the arrow keys is much better, but not totally fixed.
I also notice a different "feel" on this new keyboard. It seems the keys are firmer. On the original Chinese keyboard the keys felt like the had a bit more travel, and a more positive action.
I am going to shim the bottom of the keyboard anyway, since there is still a bit of flex. I'll use it for a week or so, and then decide if I should put the original one back in place.
IBM also did not send the return paperwork with this keyboard.
I had the same missing paperwork for the Sanyo battery, although I do have a call tag for the incorrect battery they sent (Ultrabay slim ... God knows WHY they sent me that.)
Did any other users have IBM not request to return the old keyboard?
Thai Keyboard not necessarily better?
