Naive questions about the 2378fvu

Hi everyone,
I've just received my 2378FVU. I was very worried about the resolution, but after two days with it I'm sure is right for me. Indeed I've left windows with the standard 96dpi instead 120dpi. But I have some doubts.
What must I do to know what kind of keyboard (Thai, Chine) i have?. Also, how to know what brand of screen I have?.
I've realized than just over the slot of the PCMCIA card, in the place where the left part of the left hand rests, the 'plastic' is not solid like in the rest of the laptop. I can feel that it is not perfectly fixed. Is that normal?

The left palm rest problem is not normal, it's common on all T40/41/42. All your questions have been already answered and solved. Use our search feature to find them.
