LCD screen brightness

#1 Post by sw-rick » Sun Apr 30, 2006 3:19 am

Hi.

I've noticed that while running on battery only, the max setting for brightness is less bright than when running on AC (adapter).

Does anybody know if there is any way to override this and get max brightness even on battery?

Cheers,
Rick

It's a BIOS setting. Press F2 after power-on to get to the BIOS menu.

You might want to try the settings that were changed here, in the thread about DVD playback....it might help.
