My NEC E600 lappie,

#1 Post by gunston » Sun Apr 30, 2006 11:23 pm

this is my first lappie; NEC VERSA E600. It has accompanied me along my uni life.
After my final exam in the final sem of uni.
i have decided to sell it...
:(
I have post in on eBay, and...
Too bad, cheated by third party fraudulent "Escrow service", and send it to UK and packed as a Christmas Gift.
Although i am using my T43 now, sometime i will feel sad when reminisce this event.
It will be my "first love" eternally.

Escrow? United Kingdom? It's very likely that you were done wrong by the same crook that gets the prank in this document: http://www.p-p-p-powerbook.com/files/thepowerbook.pdf

Nice looking computer. Sorry to hear about the eBay incident and I hope all goes well in the future. You just have to watch out, there are crooks everywhere, unfortunatley.
