How control the fan speed of my Thinkpad 600X ?
After the boot it'is always on and a bit noisy...thanks!
TP 600X fan control
I noticed that in Linux cpu runs hotter than Windows XP and fan start soon also when I don't use the thinkpad.
I use Ubuntu Breezy 5.10.
Searching by google I found this page:
http://www.ussg.iu.edu/hypermail/linux/ ... /2303.html
How can modify the file process.c and then recompile the kernel so cpu can stay cool?
Thanks!
