When I Fn+F5 the wifi shuts off, then comes right back on

This is a issue that I have with 2 T40's.

When we re-build a T40 we have a ghost image that we use to get the OS and a standard suite of apps installed and normaly all works well.

But 2 of them you hit Fn+F5 the Change power settings of wireless radios comes up, you hit the button to shut it off anf it pops right back on. One Of my users he has to go into device manager and shut off the wireless.

Any thoughts on this issue would be helpfull.
