Help me Max out my X60... MAx Ram + Max Disk Capacity

Hello Everyone,

I have plans to Max out my little X60, I want 3gb RAM.. as thats the max the OS can address, and i want the Hitachi 7200 Rpm 100 GB HardDisk.....

1) Is there a 2gb Ram (533 Module) that i can get from anywhere, has anyone done this ? I know that i will reduce the access speeds to (533) rather then i think the 677something mgz... but i am ok with it..... any idea about cost ?

2) How to get the Hitachi 100Gb 7200 drive... ? cost... and where i can get it from .. will be a great help..

I need this... not for fun.. rather i do need to run 3-4 Virtual Machines at the same time... I know i should have taken the T60p if i wanted max.. but to have great performance in the smallest form factor has its own charm !
