Bluetooth Problem

I have a t40p with integrated bluetooth

I have installed the IBM bluetooth driver and activated the BT (Fn + F5)
The BT installes and everything seems just fine. But when i try to search for my Sony Ericsson z1010 i cant find it. Im not new to bt, i had a MSI dongle to my desktop .. So i know that everything should work .. I cant find my thinkpad from the phone either ...

What can be the problem? Please help me someone!
