It looks as if the MacBook Pro is also getting some colorful treatments; similar to what has been done with certain T4X and X Series Thinkpads here; but can they do a two-tone powder coated lid whilst keeping the body the same color? I think that is going to cost a bit extra, certainly more than the $650 on top of the MSRP of the MacBook Pro... ;) :)

Looks so cool.....!! I'm imagining the old Apple corporate colour. If its going to be implement it on the Mac's,....then it would be cool.

Ahh, but I wish they had the color scheme back from the older Macs, especially the Wallstreets and Pismos; those were perhaps some of the best PowerBooks I have had, not to mention the most Thinkpad-like...heck, a significant portion of the parts, especially the memory, were interchangible with the Thinkpads of the time. :)

Very nice, but $650 - yikes! Now that's crazy talk!

Wouldn't it be nice to be able to select a color from the factory, like buying a new car?
