A21m - Drivers for Ethernet Controller and PCI Serial Port

Hey there,
I downloaded all the drivers from IBM/Lenovo for this unit but there are still 2 built-in devices with no drivers:

Ethernet Controller
PCI Serial Port

I'm not sure if they're related, but I'd really like to get the Ethernet Controller working.
The "3COM 10/100 Mini PCI Ethernet Adapter" driver provided by IBM just doesn't work (I thinks it's for a PC card.)
