Maximum hard drive capacity in T40

#1 Post by mrdarcy » Wed May 10, 2006 9:06 am

Sorry if the title sounds stupid!! currently, i have an external 160gb 3.5" hard drive and there's only about 6gb free.
I intend to buy another 500gb hdd. Do you guys think it's OK or the system will not recognize it??

There is no limitation on the T4x series to prevent you from seeing all the drive. Just make sure the controller chip on your external drive can access all of it (most can) and that should be it.
