IBM Thinkpad T21 HDD Light blinks... no start

Hello
Somebody help I have T21 and It does not start only blink HDD light when i bush the power button...

I get it work only when i take the CMOS battry out and leave it for one day. Then but the battery back and then its start until i shut it down and again same thing!

Any ideas... Motherboard?

Bios soft is the latest one... updated....

Get a new CMOS battery and report back.

Ditto on the CMOS, especially if removing the CMOS for a day helped. Sounds like it is weak.

it is a new one allready... but ist not the original part i soldered my self may be i does something wrong?
