Motherboard upgrade

I am in the process of replacing my current T40 motherboard with a T41p? mb. My question is what is the FSB speed of this mb FRU part# 93P3313? Does anyone have a link that would show the tech details of this mb? Will I need to upgrade my current 1.5 Banias and 2100 memory?

The FSB should be 400MHz. Not sure about a detailed link.
