seems like there was a refresh for t60 somewhere in february.

even z61 announcement was there. would be great to get hold of one these for 2007 updates.

Good find!

I'm not seeing what you are seeing.

Pg 30 shows a minor refresh for T60 in 3Q 2006 and the next T series platform in 1Q 2007.

That "GA 2/14/06" remark on page 30 means "general availability" (available for public purchase).

On that same page, there appears there will be a "minor refresh" in 3Q 2006; I suspect the CPU speeds will be increased (like with the Macbook Pro today). Interestingly, there will be a "next T series" starting 1Q 2007. That is probably going to be with the Merom CPU (or Core 2 Duo as it's known now). That is just as I suspected: even though Merom is set to debut in August, there won't be a new laptop to use it until 2007. I kind of got that feeling since I've been waiting 4 weeks to get my T60p. :?
