Hello everyone, it's me again. Errm, I just curious because coming from Asian region I suspect there's a different in Thinkpad accesories marketed for Europe and Americas comparing to Asia. Is there?

Not really, the only different ones are the power cords. Where I live the power cords are packaged separately from the adapters...

The only area that you do get some real differences is in Japan, which is pretty common amount notebook manufacturers. The Japanese market is considered unique and they do have track-record of getting some technologies earlier and some that other areas don't get at all such as the S series ThinkPads. Other than that, everyone is pretty similar.
Family Daily Drivers- T430s, T530, X220
Work- Sadly, the ThinkPads have gone away...... and replaced by HP ProDesk SFF drone machines :(
Other Projects- Edge 15, Z61m (Titanium)
Historic Retired ThinkPads- T42p, X20, A31p, 701c, 760XD, WorkPad C505
