When i try to build my project in Visual c++ by using the shortcut Shift+Ctrl+B it doesnt build it because IBM also uses this shortcut combination for some security settings. How can I disaple IBMs shortcut?

+ H and + B seem to be hard-coded into CSS. I simply reprogram those in other programs that use them (Photoshop, for e.g.).
