I've used several without any problems, presently using a Linksys card in my one running 600X.Stevenray119 wrote:Has anyone put a wired Gigabit 10/100/1000 Network Interface Card into a Thinkpad 600x (speed-step)?

The PC slot on the 600X is very adaptable, I've rarely had problems with PC cards.

Hi, Bill, I've actually asked this earlier, and got nowhere. The care I have (I'll have to look it up) has two connectors. One will accept the orgininal cable/pigtail that hooks up the modem---it's a combo card.
The other connector has several (I think 13 or 16?) connections and must SOMEHOW be wired to an RJ-45, which is not "on" the 600X anywhere.
So the question is, how do you deal with that?
