Change charging threshold for T41, anybody know yet?

According to searches in this forum, I think we cannot change the charging threshold for T41 and T40. But has anybody come up any hint how this might be done?

double click on
Power Manager -> Battery Information -> Battery Maintenance -> Custom.
then change your charging threshold here as you like.

That aspect of the latest Power Manager doesn't work on T40/41 models... please pay attention to the subject line and question.

Bill is right. That does not work on T41. Unless somebody did some tweak or write something up, the default software from IBM will not work. My question is WHETHER somebody already did some tricks to make it work.
