I am so [censored]!
Okay, when I received this machine, it was clean, no defect, zero dead pixels. After I used it for a while (6 hours), one white stuck pixel emerged at the center of the screen. Why would that happen? Does this mean the longer I use the notebook the more stuck/dead pixels I would have? I did not do anything to the laptop other than letting it sit there. I will have to return it or ask for a replacement. Very very unhappy.
Edit: I have tested different screen resolutions to get my conclusion. The physical pixel is OKAY. The corresponding video memory is defective. Basically after the memory is set to a value, it can not go back to 0 by itself. No idea about the detailed mechanisms... I say this because the 'stuck' pixel showed up at different places under different screen resolutions and it could be stuck at arbitrary colors. I urge everyone had similar problems (i.e. stuck pixels) check this one to make sure what part of your notebook causes them. Usually such defects are on and off at different times and 'curable' by flashing the screen with different colors.
EMERGING stuck pixels?

That is the UltraNav driver bug I believe; it has been talked about on some other threads here. I can't remember anything about the solution(s); but, then again, I never had it so I couldn't say.

It typically happens when I'm using a USB mouse and I touch the scrolling zones of the Trackpad. It will go away if you activate the scrolling zone again and release it normally.
If you disable Trackpad scrolling it will not show up at all in my experience.
