help me refrubish my t40

hi, so far I've added more memory and a new 100 GB HD to my T40 and reinstalled everthing. its like a new laptop, way to fast now.

I thought why not a fresh keyboard because I beat the hell out of this one. Anyone know where I can get a new cheap T40 USA keyboard? Its actually a canadian laptop, but I think the layouts are the same.

and I was also thinking about my faded LCD. anyone know if its possible to make my screen like new again too? without replacing the whole LCD? maybe a new bulb of some sort? is that how they work?
