need to know the "least" model with all from vista

i just wonder if any of you that has knowledge about a specific model from T series that you can enjoy all the features from vista like "vista Ultimate" no Vista basic, i know that vista basic you need to have 512mb ram and integrated graphics, but i wonder if the model 2623 d6u is the at least the starting model to be fully compatible??
