You might want to order more than one and see if they will combine shipping.
They do. I ordered 3 bulbs, no extra charge for shipping.
Sounds like maybe I should send my LCDs to you for CCFL replacement....looks like you have done this a few times.

EDIT: Modified post, since it split to a second page, to include the post that I was referencing in my comment.

The real pain in the you know what is I have 2 older 600X laptops that are running fine. My daughter has a 600E all of them are at least 2 years older then my T22 and it's the one with the burnt bulb. Is this an issue with this model? I had a gateway laptop a few years ago that the bulb went out 2 days after the 1 year warranty was up. But it seems some laptops run for years and years with no problems. What's the deal here??

Well, I officially give up. The new backlight came today, and I broke it trying to solder the wires onto it. I guess it just wasn't ment to be with this backlight. I am going to order a used LCD screen of ebay before this costs me any more money. I could have already paid for another screen with what I have put out for the inverter and 2 backlights.

If it makes you feel better, you can always sell the LCD WITHOUT the CCFL here, so that it will make it cheaper for your to by the new LCD.

I am sure that there are several people willing to install the CCFL, if the price is right on the used LCD.

If anyone wants it, make an offer, it was a great LCD, it had a few white pixels, but no dead/black ones. No discoloration or pressure marks. I am willing to take whatever I can get for it. If I can't sell it here, I may list it on ebay, or, I may just hold on to it for the hinges, latches and parts.

Remember that you can remove the LCD from the Display unit, so that replacement LCD will be cheaper.

Actually, they can be had for around $60 to $90 plus shipping on Ebay used. They usually come with the whole top as a unit. LCD, frame, hinges, laches and all. At least most of the ones I looked at were. Just about anything can be had on Ebay if you just look for it. There are a lot of T series laptops comming into the market from lease programs from buisnesses.
