Vista with Thinkpad software?

How to get the Thinkpad software (Thinkvantage etc.) to work, when having Vista installed?

That means: Will it be possible to hold the ThinkVantage software, when updating to vista? Or is there just the way with future pre-installed Vista Thinkpads?
