I just installed an extra 512mb of RAM in my NEW Thinkpad Z60t 2511-E4U and found this video from IBM extremely helpful:
ThinkPad Z60t Keyboard removal / disassembly movie:

For those who might be curious, 2 sticks of 512mb RAM (from different manufactures) in a Z60t will run in dual-channel mode (according to Memtest86+). If you want to know about the benefits of dual-channel memory check out this page at Tom's Hardware:

Hope this helps someone.
Michael
BTW: Anyone want to exchange a Z60t 4-cell battery for a new 7-cell battery?
