T43 LCD replacement: 15 inch XGA to +SXGA possible?

Hi, I bought a ibm t43 with damaged screen. It currently has 15 in XGA. I wonder if I can get a +SXGA for it. Will the current graphic card support it? I have 1875-DMU.

Here is the spec:

P M 740(1.7GHz), 512MB RAM, 60GB 5400rpm HD, 15in 1024x768 LCD, Intel 900, CDRW/DVD, Intel 802.11bg wireless, Modem, 1Gb Ethernet, UltraNav, Secure chip, Fingerprint reader, 6c Li-Ion batt, WinXP Pro

my 14' xga to 14' SXGA, is it possible???

I've heard it is, might have to get a different cable though?

For the 14.1", T43, you should be able to find it here.
