video card question

#1 Post by rattlehead » Thu Jun 01, 2006 2:02 am

Hey guys I am wanting to know what are your opinions on these 2 graphics chips. Which is better and why. What one may do better then the other etc, etc,... I am thinking about getting a gaming laptop in the next couple months or so and I want to get the best possible card I can. They both seem to be about the same price in each system.

NVidia GeForce Go7600 512mb and an ATI Mobility Radeon x1600 256mb VRAM /512 Hyper memory

The more opinions I can get on this the better so everyone feel free to drop your $.02

Thanks Randy N

I really find it hard to believe that no one has any opinions on this. We have no gaming people in this forum?

NVidia GeForce Go7600 512mb is much more powerfull than Mobility Radeon x1600. GeForce Go 6600 is already better than the Mobility Radeon x1600.
