Beep Help

#1 Post by JLai » Thu Jun 08, 2006 8:34 pm

I was wondering if there was a way to disable the beep when you accidentally press multiple keys at the same time. I sometimes do it by accident while typing and it scares the bejesus out of me.

Thanx ahead.

Go to Device Manager then go to View>Show Hidden Devices.

After that, you should see the Beep entry under Non-plug and play devices; disable that and you disable the keyboard multi-key-hit beep.

I met someone who looks a lot like you.
She does the things you do.
But she is an IBM.
