Just interested, has anyone managed to get Access Connections or Intel Proset to work with Vista?

Access Connection not working.

Nope, Access Connection is not working on my Thinkpad.
I could not get it to work at all.
I am using Vista Beta 2 - Build 5384.

However, the Atheros Driver contained within access connection does work on Vista.

Isn't there any beta version available to test from Lenovo?

No; they aren't going to get involved in a Beta project of a new MS operating system as well. They will support it as an OS when it is final. They also haven't got all the drivers and software fully compatible with it yet, so I am not suprised Access Connections and others don't work that well in Vista. Just use the default Windows wireless handler application and you should be fine as the chipsets are recognized out of the box most of the time. :)

You should be able to get most of the xp drivers to work in Vista by using compatibility mode.

All my networking, wireless, video, trackpoint, ultranav, etc. works.

Hi,
Vista BETA2 (5384) recognized my intel 2200BG out of the box as well. But the problem is that I can't connect to my own wireless network which has WPA protection, whereas I can connect to my neighbour's network which has no protection.
Windows says "The capability of your network adapter doeas not match the requirements of this network"
Did any of you get it work with a WPA protected WiFi?
