Windows Schedule + Docking

is there a way to trigger a schedule event when you dock your computer OR when you're within the vicinity of a certain wi-fi network?

as i use SyncBackSE for backup and synchronization of several computers [awesome tool btw], and i want it to synchronize when i either dock my baby, or when i open it at home and it detects that it should be all warm an fuzzy.
