looking for Bluetooth IV Software version 3.0.1.917

While attempting to install the software accompanying a bluetooth mouse, btw the installation failed, I believe I inadvertently deleted some software belonging to the IBM Bluetooth IV Software version 3.0.1.917. I would like to restore things to where they were but cannot find the BT IV software anywhere. I read that version 4.0.1.3000 is out. I would appreciate it if someone can tell me where I can retrieve either of these releases, thanks.

I see the following for the T4x series. Some is for the T43, and some for the T40-T42.
