Big changes for Thinkpad ordering

It seems that Lenovo has completely revamped their ordering system.

They're now offering base systems which can be customized to the buyer's wishes. It looks a lot like the Dell ordering system. Gone are the pages with multiple, and sometimes confusing, models.

It actually looks nice and simple. I just wonder what this means for all the different models listed in the tabook?

Yea, I just saw it last night - I don't like it. Why? For the X60s youre stuck with the 1.66GHz model as your "base" and you can't change it down to the 1.5GHz. That really sucks as that's what I wanted...
