Secure Drive?????

Probably a stupid question, but here I go.
When I received my two T60s I followed instructions. Somewhere it did ask something like 'security chip' which I affirmed and an R drive was created.
With the second one I said no, so no R drive was created. How can I create this R section via Thinkvantage. Pretty precise, which option do I have to choose.

Edit: I did another search and it probably is the SECURE DRIVE which gets letter R. This drive probably is not the same as Rescue and Recover.

The terminology was a bit confusing: security chip, secure drive, private drive. Well found the answer after a search under the latter.
