Fingerprint reader...

#1 Post by medevilenemy » Wed Jun 14, 2006 11:24 pm

I know this question has been asked many many times, but I cant find a single time when the question has recieved a useful answer, so i am asking it again.

How can the fingerprint reader be made to work with firefox?
I know it is possible, the newest version of the client security solution (as of a couple days ago) says it is... but there doesnt seem to be any useful info anywhere.

You simply need to add PKCS 11 module C:\Program Files\IBM ThinkVantage\Client Security Solution\csspkcs11.dll to Firefox Security Devices:
FF -> Tools -> Advanced (tab) -> Security Devices (button) -> Load (button) and select the above module.

i already did that, but all it seems to do is make me enter my fingerprint to load firefox. It doesnt seem to integrate the password manager.
