15" T60: loose case piece on right side normal?

On the right side of my 15" T60, the piece of the outer case that is on top of the ultrabay has a fair amount of vertical play (about 0.5mm) at the end where it meets the removable palmrest. This is the single piece of the case that surrounds the top and sides of the keyboard. Is this normal?

Can anyone with a 15" T60 just do a quick check of their right side to see if it's loose?

The lower right-hand corner would move for me too when I had the T60 15".

14.1" here. This piece is a little bit loose horizontally (about 1mm). It doesn't lock in very well. The left side is a bit loose too but not as much so. I agree, the palmrest isn't the most secure piece either. 4 screws doesn't seem to be enough to hold the palmrest fully.

another 14.1" here. loose right side as well above the ultrabay, snug fit on the right side though.
