That might be a minimum requirement......I believe it need 'at least' 1000Mhz to push it. But I doubt any T2x will run smoothly with it..Kyocera wrote:I think one of the spec recomendations is a processor of at least 800MHz.

The T23s have a 1.133 and a 1.2GHz processor that will beat out some 1.6 P4s. They might very well handle a streamlined version of Vista, with 1GB ram.ambientscape wrote:That might be a minimum requirement......I believe it need 'at least' 1000Mhz to push it. How about the graphics then? Will the outdated S3 in the T23 be able to support?tfflivemb2 wrote:The T23s have a 1.133 and a 1.2GHz processor that will beat out some 1.6 P4s. I have Vista beta 2 now installed on my t23 with 1,13 ghz and 512mb ram.
It works slow with standard vista-style (no glass but rounded edges ect)
The more design features I deactivate (mouse shadows, window animations, sounds) the faster runs vista.
Its nice for watching vista a little bit but working with it is not possible because 1. vista is not very stable -> not usable for serius working and 2. its too slow on a T23, but I can say its more faster than a older beta I've tested in March. Maybe the finished Vista in 2007 would be a little bit faster...
