css 7 and hibernation issue

I recently installed css 7 along with the most up to date rescue and recovery, the issue i am having is that when i try to restart the computer from a hibernation, nothing shows up on the screen, I just get the background. No icons or windows start menu, just my background. I can use the function keys, but it will not let me rehibernate.

has anyone else had this issue or fix for it.
